The mission of GreeneWorks is to serve as a resource for labor-market exchange
and workforce development while providing individuals and families with
services essential to strengthening the quality of life.

GreeneWorks is the one-stop employment and training center in Greene County.
This partnership is made up of 16 organizations housed in the same facility
encouraging a 'no wrong door' approach to services.

GreeneWorks provided over 16,000 individual services in 2005.

GreeneWorks is a member of the Area 7 Workforce Policy Board - a group of
employers, educators, and social service agencies which develop and maintain
the policies based on labor market demand which govern the one-stop. Their

Locally, GreeneWorks belongs to the 5 Star Job Centers of Southwest Ohio. This group represents
five contiguous counties; Clinton, Fayette, Greene, Highland and Montgomery which function together as a
workforce development system to meet the needs of local employers and job seekers. The 5 Star was recognized by
the National Association of Counties for its Retention, Expansion, Attraction Program for regional employers.

The GreeneWorks Resource Center is the hub of the One-Stop. Sixteen state of the art computers are
available to help with job search and other resources. From entry level jobs to VP's of companies, GreeneWorks
